My family bought a mini-van from these guys last weekend. We felt very comfortable with the negotiation and transaction all around. Both of the gentlemen that we met were kind and transparent. They didn't try to sell us a warranty, but assured us that if we discovered that anything huge was wrong with the van within 3 days that they would make it right and I believe them. Very refreshing sense of ethics.

These guys are transparent about that they want you to leave them a review, and that confidence in wanting to be reviewed is backed up by the quality of their service. They were willing to drop the car off at a mechanic down the street for a pre-purchase inspection, which showed the car to be in good condition given its age. They were also willing to accommodate my payment needs, allowing me to pay the balance off within two weeks, even when planning on not financing. They didn’t apply any pressure to try to get me to buy the vehicle and were very easy to work with and generally likeable guys.
Had an absolutely fantastic experience with Life Auto Sales. We had been searching for quite a while. We drove down on a Sunday and they accommodated our schedule. Mo answered our questions and made us feel comfortable. We got a great car at a great price and recieved excellent service. It was well worth the 95 mile drive!

Polite sales staff, no pressure tactics. I came here from over two hours away. When I decided to buy the car I had come to see, they asked how I was going to get both cars home, since I had come by myself. I figured I would drive one car home, get a second driver and come back for the other. They offered to drive one home for me, provided I brought them back. I did take them up on this offer. When I brought the guy back, it was after hours, but he opened up the office and put on a fresh pot of coffee. Very friendly folks who went above and beyond my expectations
Zaib came picked me up in Burien to Tacoma they put $40 in gas tank let me take Cadilac home finish final payment in in 30 days how can i say enything except 5stars thank you gentleman.
